Copyright Statement

 

The vast majority of photos on this site are taken by the author, and the copyright remains with me. However I hereby grant permission for any of my photos to be used, downloaded, or referenced by any visitors to the site, as long as a credit is in there somewhere, and the use is non-profit, and does not damage the reputation of spiders to the greater world.

 

However, the are a few exceptions, where I have used photographs not taken by me, the sources of which were not always identifiable. In these cases I have made every effort to contact the photographer, to ask permission to use the pictures, but have not always been able to do so.

 

It is not my intention to infringe anyone's copyright through the use of photos on this site. The Spider Diaries are run as a non profit, informational service only, and all photos remain the copyright of their respective owners. If you believe I am using a photo that you have taken, and are not credited / have not given your permission, please contact me, and something will be done immediately.
