Hello there everyone...

I decided it was about time I started a series of desktop backgrounds featuring my wonderful girls, and some of the amazing things they get up to...

This one features, you guessed it, Zebedee, my 8" Acanthoscurria geniculata female, draping herself attractively over the glass and feeder tube. I could take my time with the photo - she stayed there for 4 hours, bless her.

She is no doubt feeling exceptionally chuffed with herself, having just got to the end of a 12 hour lunch, where she has reduced what was a 2" giant Sumatran hissing cockroach into a small pile of legs. Lordy knows where the shell has gone. How clever she is...

Quick micro-update on the others while I'm here:

Ginny is doing well, and webbing furiously, Binky is just furious full stop, and is eating as much as I'll give her, and getting very fat indeed, and Fluffy has grown 1mm and gone dark, and stopped eating, so maybe its moult time for her soon - 2nd birthday ahoy...
